Synergy Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes the Raiders
Las Vegas, NV, March 29, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Synergy Sotheby's International Realty recently received the big news that the Oakland Raiders are moving to Las Vegas after the NFL owners approved the move 31-1 in favor of the team becoming the Las Vegas Raiders. Considering the growing market of Las Vegas as a destination city, this move not only creates jobs in the region, but also brings to light the ever-evolving and enterprising trends in and around Las Vegas in recent years, especially in regards to local real estate.
Synergy Sotheby’s International Realty is at the forefront of this continuing and burgeoning real estate market. Having a vested interest in the community for over 7 years, Synergy Sotheby’s International Realty lists properties throughout the greater Las Vegas area and is looking forward to this new aspect of the economy, not only for their current clients, but their neighbors as well.
Kyle Northup, manager at Synergy Sotheby’s International Realty says of the move, “We see this as another sign of the evolution of Las Vegas. An NFL team helps cement Las Vegas in the same echelon as the other great thriving cities across the country. Las Vegas has so much to offer and the NFL coming here, along with the NHL, just brings greater attention to our city and helps change the focus from being ‘just the strip’ to the rest of our larger community.”
Raiders owner Mark Davis said in a statement, "My father always said, 'the greatness of the Raiders is in its future,' and the opportunity to build a world-class stadium in the entertainment capital of the world is a significant step toward achieving that greatness.”
The new stadium, which the Raiders will ultimately share with UNLV, is not expected to be completed until 2020. In the meantime, the Raiders have two years left to play in Oakland and anticipate playing in Las Vegas in the 2019 season in UNLV’s Sam Boyd Stadium.
