WLR Automotive Group is a leading car wash and detailing, lube, and automotive repair company in Maryland and Tristate region. Texas-based SCF Realty Capital completed the sale/leaseback transaction. The transaction was announced by Charles Botchway, CEO of Madison Street Capital.
