Mr. Brady also has lectured for the National Trial Lawyers Association, the University of Michigan Law School and ICLE. He served as a U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan for four years where he was involved in white-collar criminal matters involving fraud, embezzlement, grand jury investigations, money laundering and counterfeiting.
Mr. Brady is affiliated with the Federal Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the National Association of Former United States Attorneys, the Michigan Association of Justice and the American Inns of Court. He is admitted into the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Michigan, the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Ohio and the U.S. Supreme Court. He served as a Board Member for the Western Michigan University Foundation in 2010-2011.
