Moran Insurance Acquires Ameriway Insurance in Jacksonville, Florida

The newest deal rounds out the product offerings for Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida based Moran Insurance, www.moranfinancialsolutions.com, and subsidiaries, with locations in Ponte Vedra, Jacksonville, Maitland and Vero Beach, Florida. “Ameriway Insurance was brought on as a strategic acquisition. The existing sales and customer team will stay in place, but will be enhanced with additional products to offer customers. Ameriway Insurance is a great fit our Florida growth plan. This is just the latest expansion for Moran Insurance, which has been growing significantly in Florida with four offices throughout the Sunshine State. “With offices in Duval, St. Johns, Indian River and Seminole counties, Moran Insurance plans to continue to open offices throughout the state of Florida,” Moran said.
