Boutique Virginia Winery Wins Travel Star Award, Rated #1 on Trip Advisor
Etlan, VA, April 07, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Today DuCard Vineyards announced two significant recent recognitions for its boutique winery operation in Central Virginia:
DuCard received a Green Travel Star Award as the Green Winery of the Year for its sustainability and environmental stewardship practices. The Virginia Green program recognizes top local businesses in a variety of different industries, based on their leadership in operating in an environmentally superior fashion. DuCard applies these practices throughout its operations, including solar panels, reclaimed barn wood construction, use of recyclable and compostable materials, an emphasis on local foods, and most recently TESLA and other electric car charging stations – that are free for use by DuCard customers.
