ServiceNow Services Partner Program Recognizes Exceptional Service Provider

Minneapolis, MN, April 10, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Virteva, a leading provider of ITSM-as-a-service solutions, today announced its recognition as a ServiceNow Silver Services Partner. This status is achieved after demonstrating excellence in ServiceNow product implementation and customer satisfaction.

There are four tiers of membership in the ServiceNow Services Partner Program: Registered, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier requires partners to meet increasingly higher standards.

Silver Partner status requires a minimum of 15 ServiceNow product implementations. Partners must report important information about each implementation, such as project end dates, survey contracts, and product applications, and maintain an average Customer Satisfaction score of 8.2 or better on a scale of 0 to 10.

The makeup of a partner’s staff is another consideration, with Silver Partner status requiring a minimum of 20 Certified System Administrators and 10 Certified Implementation Specialists. Having met this minimum, Virteva also employs a number of Certified Authorized Trainers, something not required for Silver Partner status but mandatory for Gold Partner status.

“We’re definitely not stopping at Silver,” said Jamey Anderson, EVP of Delivery at Virteva. “We’re glad to have reached this milestone, but we intend to continue on straight until we reach Gold. If there was a Diamond level, we’d go for that too.”

It’s not hard to understand the enthusiasm, Kieffer said, because Virteva has seen rapid growth over the past year, due in large part to its partnership with ServiceNow. Not only has Virteva’s ServiceNow professional services business grown by over 140% in the past year, but they doubled their service desk and Network Operations Center (NOC) capacity, and opened a second office in Eugene, OR. This growth, said Kieffer, is a reflection of their strong position in the market.
