General Parts Group will support Welbilt brands for both authorized repair services and by providing customers with genuine O.E.M. Welbilt parts from their extensive inventory. The supported Welbilt brands are Merrychef, Lincoln, Frymaster, Garland, Cleveland, Convotherm, Merco, Delfield, Kolpak, and Multiplex.
Equipment installation, start-up, warranty and repair services will be offered. Lifecycle Maintenance programs will also be offered to extend equipment life and maximize return on investment. As a partner in the Star Elite KitchenCare® program, General Parts Group will also support Welbilt® customers utilizing this after sale equipment support program.
