Medford, NJ, April 19, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Supnick Real Estate Co.has arranged the sale of a 37,000 sq ft self storage facility located on ten acres of land in Stewartsville, NJ.The purchaser is a self storage owner operator in the Northeastern US. Plans are to expand the facility onto the excess land purchased. Supnick Represented both the purchase and seller. The purchase price was $3,700,000.

In Marlboro, Monmouth County NJ, Supnick arranged the Sale of a five acre site that had been previously approved to allow for the construction of 58,000 sq ft of self storage. The purchaser currently own two other self storage properties in Monmouth County, NJ.

In Haddon Township, NJ, Supnick brokered the sale of a 25,000 sq. ft. self storage facility for a sales price of $1,450,000. Supnick originally arranged the sale of the property to the seller in 2006. The new purchaser is an experienced commercial real estate operator who is making their first self storage acquisition.
