AOK Records Announces Multi-Genre Release for Elton Mishoe

Nashville, TN, April 20, 2017 --(PR.com)-- AOK Records is announcing the release of a brand new single from Lexington, SC native, Elton Mishoe. The song, entitled, “Mama Let’s Pray for Daddy,” is an original composition from the artist, detailing the events surrounding the now-Pastor’s conversion to Christianity.

AOK President, Adam Knight, states, “This song is gritty. It details how Elton, in formerly broken days, planned to take the life of a personal enemy. That is the dark side. The beautiful resolution to that story is that the day before the planned slaying the grace of God, due to a little girl’s prayers for her daddy, changed the course of history for Elton…and the community.”

The release is undergirded by a concept video produced by Nashville’s LG Productions and has been released to CMT, RFD, GAC, and multiple other outlets.

Mishoe is now a pastor in his hometown, a well-known recording artist and businessman. He has performed at many of Nashville’s most prestigious event centers, garnering attention from the elite of Music City’s industry scene. His latest album, Gospel Classics, is due to be released late April on the AOK Records label, and was recorded at the Grammy-Award winning Hat Creek and TMC Studios, in the Trinity Music City complex.

Spring 2017 has proven that Elton has found a lasting place on radio. His first single, “Jesus Don’t Give Up on Me” was picked up by stations all across the nation. This fall will find Elton on stage with several of the legends of both Gospel and Country music.
