American Law Society Recognizes Montgomery Cole

Los Angeles, CA, April 25, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Montgomery Cole has been a litigator with Madden, Jones, Cole & Johnson since 1980. Over the years, Mr. Cole has accrued extensive experience in a wide range of business, trust, real estate, employment, and personal injury matters. He has represented businesses across the spectrum, including publicly traded entities, corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and sole proprietorships. In addition to businesses, Mr. Cole has represented individuals in litigation ranging from business, trust and real estate disputes to products liability, construction site and motor vehicle accident cases. He has also served as a mediator, arbitrator and settlement officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court for many years.
Mr. Cole graduated Cum Laude from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 1980, where he represented Loyola in state and national moot court competitions. Prior to law school, he earned his B.A. from California State University in Long Beach in 1977, where he was a 4-year oarsman and captain of the Long Beach crew.
Mr. Cole is a member of the California, Los Angeles and Long Beach Bar Associations. He has been a member of the Joseph A. Ball/Clarence S. Hunt Inn of Court of Long Beach since its inception in 1991, serving as President of the Inn for the 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 terms. As a testament to Mr. Cole’s excellence in his field, his peers have recognized him with the highest A.V. rating. Los Angeles Magazine has recognized Mr. Cole as a Super Lawyer in 2005, 2006, and 2011.
