PrivatePlus Grows New Savannah Office with Addition of Melissa Guzman

Atlanta, GA, May 03, 2017 --(PR.com)-- PrivatePlus Mortgage, a division of National Bank of Commerce, has named Melissa Guzman a Vice President and Mortgage Banker. She is based in PrivatePlus’ new Savannah office.

After 14 years in banking, Guzman shifted to the mortgage industry because of her passion for lending and helping people. She prides herself on keeping all parties to a transaction informed. “I enjoy finding solutions to help people achieve their goal of homeownership,” she says. “I also appreciate the opportunity to partner with local Realtors and pride myself on open communication and timely responsiveness.”

Originally from Cape Girardeau, MO, Guzman grew up in Savannah, GA. She has two daughters who are both active in competitive cheer; she enjoys supporting her girls in their sports and traveling to watch them compete. Guzman also enjoys crafting, especially creating new things for her children and their friends and making gifts for family, teachers, and friends. She and her husband, who works for Gulfstream Aerospace, currently live in Rincon, GA, with their daughters and rescue dog Chachi.
