Baltimore, MD, May 05, 2017 --(PR.com)-- A Presidency Beyond Great - Beyond Presidential
This year marks the end of an era for President Myrtice B. Warren, president of the Women’s Auxiliary of the United Missionary Convention of Maryland, Inc., a service organization comprised of churches throughout Baltimore City and the state of Maryland. After serving in a presidential capacity for 4 years, her time is now coming to a close and her legacy of excellence will indeed carry on.
President Warren, first lady of the Whitestone Baptist Church where Dr. Rev. Elmore E. Warren is Senior Pastor, has served the Women’s Auxiliary faithfully since her tenure as First Lady began in 1985. Since then, she has committed herself to missions by helping women empower themselves and ministering to them with compassion. Her efforts did not go unnoticed and eventually catapulted her into a leadership role within the Auxiliary.
During her presidency, she expounded upon the greatness of the dynamic women that serve along with her and spearheaded missions programs from “Baskets at Thanksgiving” to “Fashion Share” (a shopping event for women in shelters where they can shop for all new clothing and shoes). She also took great pride in representing the organization on the state and national level at conferences held throughout the years.
Her leadership philosophy is simple: to inspire others to become ambassadors of change through compassionate, caring and committed service. Helping others is always top priority! As a wife, mom, sister, First Lady, friend, and prayer partner to so many, it’s no wonder Baltimore’s faith community is coming out to honor her for four years of fruitful service. Her appreciation banquet will be held on Friday, May 26, 2017 at Martin’s West Caterers in West Baltimore County.
What’s next for President Mrytice B. Warren? Well, she’s following Proverbs 3:6 (In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your path) and letting God direct her path. The end of an era always marks the beginning of a new one. She is sitting on the edge of her seat waiting to see what her next assignment will be as she is fully committed to being an ambassador of change and making a difference in her community and beyond.
