Independent, audience obsessed, creative agency Bradley and Montgomery (BaM) has announced an expansion of its leadership team to include Gavin Johnston as Chief Strategy Officer.
Indianapolis, IN, May 10, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Independent creative agency Bradley and Montgomery (BaM) has announced an expansion of its leadership team to include Gavin Johnston as Chief Strategy Officer. Gavin’s addition further enhances the agency’s Share of Culture position with increased capabilities to deliver audience insights, brand positioning and creative strategies for BaM’s clients.
“BaM has always been an audience-focused agency since our inception in 1999,” said Mark Bradley, principal and founder of Bradley and Montgomery. “What’s exciting about Gavin’s addition is his ability to laser target niche audiences, pull out cultural insights and create new opportunities for our clients’ brands to connect in deeper ways.”
Johnston will be responsible for managing strategy for clients across the agency and brings over 19 years of strategic experience to the role. Prior to BaM, Gavin led strategic teams and initiatives resulting in award-winning work for clients like Bayer, Gatorade, GSK, Kellogg’s, Chrysler, Kimberly-Clark, Wells Fargo, H&R Block and LG. He most recently served as VP of Brand Planning at Luckie & Company in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to Luckie, Johnston worked for VML, as well as Bernstein Rein.
Harboring an innate desire to discover what exactly it is that makes people tick, Johnston received formal training in cultural anthropology. He started his career working as an anthropologist and semiotician. His consistent curiosity about and drive to understand human behavior carved the cornerstone for his career in strategic planning.
“There’s nothing more powerful than deep, relevant connections with consumers,” added Bradley. “Gavin works collaboratively with our clients to identify audience insights that fuel creative solutions that get results. We couldn’t be more thrilled to have him join our team.”
