American Law Society Recognizes Mu’min F. Islam

Philadelphia, PA, May 16, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Mu’min F. Islam is the founding member at MFI Law Group, a full service law firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, focusing in the areas of personal injury, agency and SROs litigation, and general corporate. Mr. Islam has employed his deep proficiency with personal injury matters to win a number of settlements for his clients, including: a settlement against a regional retail chain for intentional tort inflicted upon a customer, and a settlement against a local university for a slip and fall injury to a patron.
Business entities of all designations trust Mr. Islam to handle a wide range of issues, including advising them on proper entity selection, solicitation and generation of capital, and employment agreements. Prior to forming MFI, Mr. Islam acquired this knowledge through his efforts as an associate in the business department of one of Philadelphia’s largest law firms; he has also co-authored several articles on topics ranging from securities laws to non-profit laws in legal publications.
Mr. Islam earned his B.B.A. from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in 2004. He went on to earn his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 2009, where he was the Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review. In 2010, he earned his L.L.M. in Securities in Finance from Georgetown University Law Center.
