New Illustrated Book Tells Story of How Important It is to Love One Another

Highland Beach, FL, May 26, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Connor, the main character in the book, is a little boy whose kindness and uncanny wisdom draw people to hear his stories. One night as Connor is looking up to the sky, a star begins to draw near and forms into a man who speaks to Connor about unconditional love. Connor’s story, shared with two other children, is revealed in a new illustrated book released by Divine White Light Publishing Company in association with Dog Ear Publishing.

In “I Love Myself,” it is Connor’s pure heart that allows him to have unconditional love for the people and animals around him. The star man, Iam, appears often to Connor after that first night, and they talk about love and its presence in everything. When Connor grows a bit older, he leaves his family to journey to a faraway land to learn more about himself. He encounters Patrick, a lonely boy whose mother has died and whose father did not want to raise him, and invites him to come on the adventure. They gain a third companion in Amanda, who never felt loved.

Their journey leads them to a faraway island, and the people who live there tell them it’s a magical place. While they are there, Patrick and Amanda begin to learn that bad feelings and anger lead to sad things, and when they change their thoughts to love and joy, good things happen. The island works its magic on them, and they realize that love can be found in everything from fish to insects, plants, lakes and the planet itself. A special reunion reinforces the message that people must love themselves before they can love others and should spread that love wherever they go.

Georgia Batsidis, a national and international certified hypnotist, is a successful entrepreneur. She is also a spiritual counselor, lecturer and published author. She has three sons and one grandchild. Margaret E. Ruddy, a motivational speaker who worked as an attorney before retiring, also is a published author, poet, artist, and sculptress.

The authors previously collaborated on “Love Me, Love Me Not: Your Free Will Choice of Unconditional Love.” The two women have lectured together, spreading the understanding of unconditional love.
