QuickFMS Announces New Version 3.1 with Added Facility Management Sub-Modules

With three new sub-modules and a host of new features added to the software in its latest version, QuickFMS is taking facility management experience to a completely new level.

Newport Beach, CA, May 31, 2017 --(PR.com)-- QuickFMS, a cloud-based facility management software launched its latest software version 3.1 with host of new features and an improved user interface. The latest version comes with the two additional modules: (1) Shared Services and (2) Energy Management modules to help & improve different aspects of facility management in a business. The look and feel of the new version of the software is very impressive with its uncluttered user interface and elegant design.

Shared Services consists of two new sub modules: (1) Guest House Management and (2) Business Card Management modules allow users to manage the internal and external usage and hiring of their facility’s shared spaces. The Guest House Management option now includes calendar based tool for managing bookings for accommodations like your in-house business guesthouse. Users can now view the guest house availability, and can also make bookings to the guest house using the calendar interface. In the Business Card Management option, the admins are enabled to manage business card requests coming from employees at any time.

Energy Management module, which is the new module, enables the facility managers to track the actual vs. budget energy consumption across various expense heads and utilities including water, solar, compressed air, natural gas, electricity and so on across your organization. It will help greatly in minimizing the energy expenses thereby adding to the cost-cutting initiatives of the company.
