Dubai-Based Artist to Bring Out "Faces of Dubai" as a Multimedia Project
Dubai-based visual artist Yasir Saeed today announced the second edition of his renowned Faces of Dubai photo project, which will be launched as a multimedia edition in Q4 of this year. Faces of Dubai is a documentary tribute to the city of Dubai, UAE. The project is a platform that documents the perspectives of its residents on life in this city through portraits that capture the essence of people and interviews that record their feelings about the city and why it is special to them.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, June 02, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Dubai-based visual artist Yasir Saeed today announced the second edition of his renowned Faces of Dubai photo project, which will be launched as a multimedia edition in Q4 of this year.
Faces of Dubai is a documentary tribute to the city of Dubai, UAE. The project is a platform that documents the perspectives of its residents on life in this city through portraits that capture the essence of people and interviews that record their feelings about the city and why it is special to them.
Faces of Dubai was launched in 2012 as an on-going series in a digital format, with the first print edition released at the end of 2016. The upcoming second edition is planned as a multimedia version, as a mix of print and online editions launched simultaneously. The next edition will also feature video interviews with prominent businessmen on their views about the city, the secret of its success and how they found their own success here.
Yasir Saeed has recently engaged international creative publishing & design agency tpg to manage the production and distribution of the edition.
Yasir Saeed said, "Faces of Dubai was born out of my personal desire to express pride over my association with Dubai, and share with the world the joy life in this city brings to its residents. I am extremely happy to have discovered tpg, a reputable publishing and design agency with a strong regional presence, and a proven track record in the creative publishing and media arena.
