Campus Consortium Awards $20,000 Grant to Southeast Technical Institute
Southeast Technical Institute Awarded $20,000 Grant by Campus Consortium to provide their students, faculty and staff to implement After Hours Helpdesk Services
Sioux Falls, SD, June 02, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Southeast Technical Institute, located in South Dakota, offering streamlined Associate in Applied Science degrees as well as diplomas and certificates announced today that it is a recipient of a $20,000 Grant from Campus Consortium for After Hours IT Helpdesk Services.
”We are eager to be able to offer tech support for our students outside of normal business hours. A timelier resolution to an IT issue that comes up after hours will improve the educational experience for our students. We’re grateful that the Campus Consortium has selected us for this grant to help fund these additional services,” states Amanda Bormann, Technology Manager at Southeast Technical Institute.
Southeast Technical Institute will use the grant to acquire the BlackbeltHelp® services to provide After Hours IT Helpdesk services related to login issues, password reset, network connectivity, productivity applications, antivirus, security utilities, email, basic operating system support etc.
