Festivals of Speed Returns to Ritz-Carlton Orlando; Featured Marque Will be Ferrari Celebrating 70 Year Anniversary & Porsche 928 Model Celebrating 40 Year Anniversary

Orlando, FL, June 06, 2017 --(PR.com)-- March 12th, 1947 was the date that founder Enzo Ferrari started the engine of a 125 S, the first vehicle to bear his name. Seventy years later Festivals of Speed will be celebrating these and other achievements by organizing special displays featuring some of the world’s most powerful and elegant Ferrari sports cars. Both vintage and contemporary examples will be on display. Examples include but are not limited to Ferrari La Ferrari, Ferrari Enzo, Ferrari 275 as well as many others.

Festivals of Speed, which for the last fourteen years has showcased the world’s most exotic automobiles, motorcycles, aircraft, watercraft and luxury brands throughout Florida, has decided to join the celebration by featuring the brand at both the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes and the Diplomat Golf & Tennis Club event in Hallandale, Florida. Company founder Joe Sabatini had this to say, “Ferrari has always had a special place in our heart at Festivals of Speed. With their rise from the ashes of world war II to what we all know it as today is an incredible and inspiring story.” Special displays will be set in place at both event venues to show the history behind this vaunted manufacturer. Both vintage and contemporary examples of Ferrari cars will be displayed on the pristine lawns and gardens of the Ritz-Carlton and on the elegant fairways of the Diplomat Golf & tennis Club. Festivals of speed invites all Ferrari owners to participate at both events.

Another featured attraction will be a display of Porsche 928 vehicles. The 928 celebrates its 40-year anniversary this year. The 928 was quite revolutionary when it was first unveiled back in the late 1970s, with an extensive use of aluminum body panels and engine, along with cutting edge technology used throughout the design, together with its near perfect weight distribution and stunning road holding and grip, the 928 was certainly a welcome vehicle to the Porsche lineup.

Luxury Lifestyle Jetport Reception, Signature Flight Support. Orlando International Airport.
Friday, December 1st, 2017 8:00pm – 11:00pm
The Luxury Lifestyle Jetport Reception will feature a display of vintage and contemporary exotic cars, aircraft, motorcycles, watercraft and luxury brands. The reception takes place in an actual aircraft hangar with spectacular views of aircraft taking off and landing. The hangar is transformed into a luxurious display with over 400 guests who will enjoy gourmet culinary offerings, premium brand open bars, fine wine and spirits tastings, a live band, luxury brand displays, a fashion show and more.

Sunday, December 3rd, 2017 10:00am – 4:00pm
A display of over 250 exotic cars, motorcycles and luxury brands will be displayed on the pristine lawns and gardens of the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes. Automotive designs by Porsche, Ferrari, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Aston-Martin, Bugatti, BMW, Mercedes, TESLA, McLaren and more will be in attendance. In addition, guests may enjoy fine wines, exciting culinary offerings, smooth jazz in the gardens, awards presentation, luxury brand displays and awards presentation. General Admission Tickets are $20.00
