Atlantic Commercial Group Completes Long Term Ground Lease in Deerfield Beach, FL

Deerfield Beach, FL, June 10, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Gary Broidis, Principal of Delray Beach-based Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc., announced that a long term lease has commenced for CVS Drugstores to be located on an outparcel at Century Plaza in Deerfield Beach, FL. CVS Drugstores, Inc. will occupy approximately 13,000 SF and site work has commenced at the property located on the south west corner of Hillsboro Blvd. and Military Trail. Per Mr. Broidis, “this transaction began in 2002 and, due to various corporate restructurings and acquisitions with the Landlord entity, the long term ground lease was not fully executed until over 12 years later. Needless to say, we are delighted to see this transaction come to fruition and construction commencing at the site.”

Per Mr. Broidis, “It has been great working with all personnel at Brixmor and CVS and the patience, persistence and cooperation among all parties was unprecedented.” CVS will be relocating from Trail Plaza across the street where it has been “in-line” for many years and the new CVS building will be replacing the former Boston Market and additional buildings at Century Plaza.
