San Diego, CA, June 12, 2017 --(PR.com)-- TechFlow Incorporated, a highly innovative services and solutions company, today announced that Michael D. Genseal has been named Senior Director responsible for TechFlow’s Energy Solutions business unit. As a member of TechFlow’s Executive team, Mr. Genseal will lead and expand TechFlow’s energy solutions business, bringing together a broad range of business activities and capabilities across the organization. His leadership will position TechFlow Energy Solutions to shape–what he has coined the “energy effectiveness” marketplace.
TechFlow’s Chief Executive Officer, Robert Baum said, “This is such an exciting growth area for TechFlow. Michael brings a unique background, great experiences, and real passion about making a difference in this important area for our country. The work we do has real meaning and real impact. Stretching across our company, we are bringing together skill sets and experiences that will have a profound impact on what energy means to our clients. We’re leveraging cyber security expertise, energy research and development, agile software resources, and our deep understanding of base operations through our BOSS and PTR work—to address the energy/cyber/IOT nexus and generate real, measurable value for our clients.”
Mr. Genseal added, “At TechFlow Energy Solutions, we believe that traditional energy efficiency alone is insufficient. In today’s operating environment, energy must not only be used efficiently, it must be employed effectively. TechFlow Energy Solutions’ core strength resides in our ability to ensure energy is acquired intelligently, used effectually, and safeguarded securely. These elements combine to produce what we like to call ‘Energy Effectiveness.’”
For more than 35 years, Mr. Genseal has positively impacted the energy, environmental, and financial performance of some of the world’s most successful companies and the United States Government by leading the creation, development, and implementation of innovative energy effectiveness practices and projects. During his career, he has successfully executed roles in executive management, engineering, business development, energy management, and operations.
Prior to joining TechFlow, Mr. Genseal served as Vice President and Managing Director at Archetype USA, where he provided leadership oversight as prime contractor for the Army’s Office of Energy Initiatives and the Air Force Office of Energy Assurance.
