PTAFF International Artivist Festival Call for Entry
Los Angeles, CA, June 12, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Pembroke Taparelli Arts and Film Festival (November 1st through 4th) announces its Call for Entries in all categories including feature length films, documentary and shorts. PTAFF encourages independent filmmakers and artists keen on becoming prominent in the industry while making a change in the world to submit their work.

Features, Documentary, and Short film submissions for regular deadline must be received no later than 11:59pm, June 22nd, 2017 and Late deadline is 11:59pm July 22nd, 2017.

The Pembroke Taparelli Arts and Film Festival (November 1st through 4th) seeks submissions from established and emerging socially conscious filmmakers whose work speaks on such social issues as poverty, gender inequality, homelessness, economic disenfranchisement, racial injustice, physical and sexual abuse, discrimination, juvenile justice, sex/human trafficking, war and grief and much more. This year our festival focuses on Mass Incarceration and Education seeking submissions around these issues in addition to all other socially relevant issues for feature presentation.

PTAFF is increasing its efforts to promote awareness and global change and this year we are offering a new screenplay competition category. Participants can submit their feature length screenplays, shorts or television series ranging from 20 to 120 pages in length that speaks to the many social injustices that will inspire people to get up and take action. Our professional screenplay judge will prepare a one page, candid and professional assessment of the screenplay consisting of detailed observations, criticisms, and constructive feedback along with thorough notes regarding its strengths, weaknesses, characters, pacing, plot, structure, marketability, originality and overall quality.

Filmmakers from around the world are encouraged to submit to this international festival.
