EDDR Software Releases gdsFileParser as Open Source Tool for Verifying and Parsing Design Data from GDSII Files

This project is a new open source tool for the EDA community to help verify and expose design data from GDSII data files. The library is intended for developers to implement a solution using this as a starting point.
