Home cooking has never been easier with Fresca, a joint venture between KOTO Catering and Lotus Impact.
Fresca, which delivers boxes of fresh ingredients to home cooks seven days per week, was born out of KOTO volunteer Rachel Sinanan’s desire to cook Vietnamese and western food, but being new to Ho Chi Minh City, not knowing where to find fresh ingredients.
The service is designed for those who love to cook, but don’t have the time to do the market shopping that is required to produce fabulous, home-cooked meals. Delivery of the boxes is free.
Rachel, who is in charge of Special Projects at KOTO Catering said she knew that other were in the same position. “I wanted to be able to cook comfort food at home. I never had the time to source all the ingredients myself. I decided to do some research and launch Fresca in Ho Chi Minh City.
“We source some of the best, fresh ingredients in Vietnam, and we deliver you a box full of our freshest ingredient, with simple recipe cards to follow.”
Subscribers choose between three plans, depending on their dietary requirements and the size of their families.
The service can be cancelled at any time.
