Mr. Maier has performed over 7,000 signings, including refinances, home equity lines, loan modifications, purchases, and reverse mortgages. He has witnessed individuals sign interstate car loans, as well as testify to the identity of a person testifying by phone He received a Master's degree from Loyola University. He has been married since 1982 to Senaida Guerrero-Maier, and is the parent of Daniel and Brianna. Mr. Maier is a member of N.N.A., and the Salvation Army. In his leisure time, he enjoys basketball, tennis, music composition, and playing the guitar.
