The portfolio was comprised of three locations totaling 103,060 rentable square feet and sold on June 8, 2017 for $9,900,000. Joan Lucas sold these assets to Bargain Storage five years ago. The seller had a strong management team in place, made good improvements to the properties, and greatly increased revenues. When the seller decided to sell, Ms. Lucas underwrote the assets and offered the properties as a package.
