Proler Steel International and Liebherr Mining & Construction Reach Settlement in Lawsuit

Houston, TX, July 13, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Houston-based metal recycler and processor, Proler Steel International LLC, and Cris Proler announces that it has reached a settlement agreement in the lawsuit styled Civil Action No. 4-15-CV-2733; Liebherr Mining & Construction Equipment, Inc. d/b/a Liebherr Equipment Source v. Proler Steel International LLC, et al; in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas-Houston Division (the “Lawsuit”).
