Over 25% of U.S. Employees Are in Need of Mental Health Services. Fisher Phillips will host a a Lunch and Learn series on July 13/August 24 at Maggiano’s at NorthPark to help guide employers on how to approach substance abuse and mental conditions in the workplace.

The two-day workshop will offer guidance to employers about how employment laws impact substance abuse and psychological impairment in the workplace.
Twenty-six out of every 100 U.S. employees are in need of mental health services and one out of every two people will need mental health care in their lifetime, according to The National Institute of Mental Health. Employees can experience a range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHA, OCD, eating disorders, PTSD, personality disorders and substance abuse.

Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75225, and has been approved by the Human Resources Certification Institute for two hours of HRCI and SHRM credit as well as the State Bar of Texas for two accredited CLE Hours.
