Mr. Rozier is a distinguished legal professional with over 27 years of experience in the court system and has served clients in Mississippi since he was licensed to practice in 1987.
Mr. Rozier earned his Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Mississippi in 1979. He attended law school at the Mississippi College School of Law, earning his degree in 1987, the same year he was admitted to practice. Thereafter, among operating as an associate, partner, and shareholder for various practices, Mr. Rozier served as a Municipal Court Judge from 1996 to 2007 in Jackson Mississippi.
Notably, Mr. Rozier has served as president of the Mississippi Municipal Judges Association; is a member of the Rotary Club of Oxford, Mississippi; is a member of Oxford University United Methodist Church, Administrative Council; and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Mississippi Law School.
