BBMC Mortgage Announces Army Athletics Partnership
BBMC Mortgage and Army Athletics announce a multi-year partnership. The company, which is the ninth-largest VA lender, is led by two proud West Point graduates and U.S. Army veterans.
Chicago, IL, July 07, 2017 --(PR.com)-- "Excitement" is an understatement after BBMC Mortgage announced a multi-year partnership with Army Athletics.
BBMC Mortgage President of Retail Mortgage, Todd Jones, is a West Point Military Academy alumni and Army West Point Football letterman. Dave Romano, BBMC’s Vice President of Veteran Development & Recruiting, is also a veteran and Army West Point Lacrosse letterman.
The partnership will allow BBMC Mortgage to be front-and-center as a partner and sponsor of Black Knight athletics. Jones and Romano were understandably eager to announce this long-term partnership with their alma mater.
“I’m incredibly proud to announce the partnership with BBMC Mortgage and Army Athletics,” Jones said. “And I’m particularly proud to have BBMC at the forefront of the conversation about VA home loans. Our company is leading the charge to put more veterans and active service families into homes using their VA entitlements. We couldn’t find a better union between veterans, active-service military, spouses, passionate supporters and future enlisted than at the United States Military Academy at West Point.”
BBMC is thrilled about the new partnership with Army Athletics, but the company hopes this will be the start of a broader conversation about BBMC's long-standing commitment to help fulfill the needs of military communities across the United States.

In January 2015, the company launched it’s Patriot’s Charity Initiative to support select Veteran Services Organizations. With every qualified closed loan, the buyer will choose to send $150 of the loan proceeds to one of the PCI partners. To date, BBMC’s clients have raised more than $1,610,000 and counting.
More recently, BBMC was a principle partner of the 2017 Warrior Games competitions in Chicago, Illinois. The company provided nourishment to athletes at the Lane Tech track and field events, and worked in conjunction with the Chicago Cubs to provide a memorable roof-top game day experience for Warrior Games athletes on the Fourth of July.
