New Conference for Nonprofits Launches in Southwest Florida
New conference for nonprofits in Tampa, September 21, 2017.
Tampa, FL, July 11, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Phil-Com, LLC announced today the launch of the nonprofit industry’s most up-to-date networking and educational conference in Southwest Florida, NPInfusion. The one-day event will be held at La Meridien on September 21, 2017 in Tampa and brings together grassroots and startup organizations with larger and more established organizations.
“We’re bringing in high-quality presenters who can share their knowledge on what’s working right now and how nonprofits of all sizes can up their game,” said Phil-Com’s president, Tracy Vanderneck, MSM, CFRE.
According to the Florida Nonprofit Alliance, the nonprofit sector currently accounts for 6% of Florida’s workforce and generates $90 billion in revenue annually. “In an industry that has such significant impact, it is imperative that nonprofits continually evaluate their operations and evolve with the way clients, volunteers, and donors want to interact. We can’t just keep doing what has always been done. NPInfusion is the place for nonprofit professionals to expand their base of knowledge as well as their network of resources,” Vanderneck said.
Presenters will delve into a range of topics, including: funding a project for social good through a competitive grant won from The Knight Foundation, having successful donor interactions and corporate partners in a crowdfunding-based model, and what microdonations and roundup methods are and how any nonprofit can use them as part of an overall fundraising strategy.
The conference runs from 9 am to 2:30 pm on Thursday, September 21, 2017.
Cost: $45 through August 31, 2017, $55 on September 1, 2017 or after. Boxed lunch included.
