1st Place Sports Presents the 25th Annual Tour de Pain
Race series tests a runner’s ability to complete three races in 24 hours.
Jacksonville, FL, July 13, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The Tour de Pain, hosted by 1st Place Sports, is set for August 11 and 12 at various locations around Jacksonville and registration is now open. About 1,200 runners are expected to participate in the race series, which was started in 1992. The Tour de Pain tests each runner’s ability to complete three different races in a 24-hour period. The second race starts at 7 a.m. on Saturday, August 12 and is a 5K, which starts at 1st Place Sports at 3931 Baymeadows Road. It is a certified USA Track and Field course and is very flat and very fast. The third race takes place later that afternoon at 4:30 p.m. at The Jacksonville Landing at 2 West Independent Drive and is a double loop, one-mile sizzler.
Runners can register at http://1stplacesports.com/races/tdp/ and there is an option to choose just one of the races.
