The asking price is $13.9 million. The property is located adjacent to the roundabout for all incoming beach traffic in the premiere beach and resort community. On July 12, 2017 less than a week after abandoning the Rite Aid bid, and announcing Walgreens will instead buy nearly half of Rite Aid Stores, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. announced a quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share, an increase of 6.7 percent, and raised the annual rate from $1.50 per share to $1.60 per share. This marks the 42nd consecutive year that Walgreens Boots Alliance and its predecessor company, Walgreen Co., have raised the dividend.
