About Jerree Denise Winn
Ms. Winn is the Owner of New Beginnings School of Cosmetology in Harrison, Arkansas. She serves as a cut and color educator and is responsible for overall operations of the institute. She teaches cosmetology, esthetics and manicuring. Jerree owned and operated two salons in Harrison, Arkansas before opening the school in 2004.

Born on September 19th in California, Ms. Winn attended Cosmetology College in Fresno Ca. and graduated in 1981. She obtained her Instructor’s License in Arkansas and Missouri in 2003 from the Arkansas and Missouri State Boards of Cosmetology. The school does a lot of charity work in the community throughout the year. She is certified through the American Board of Certified Hair Colorists. Jerree is also certified through American National Color Institute with “All Nutrient.” She is also a lifetime member of Strathmore’s Who’s Who. She is an Ambassador with the Harrison Chamber of Commerce. In her spare time Jerree enjoys boating, grilling out, swimming and spending time with her family.
