The use of self-service interactive kiosks with touch screens has gained tremendous popularity in many retail businesses in recent years, but this is the first kiosk in San Jose that helps members with cannabis product selections. The use of self-service interactive kiosks with touch screens has gained tremendous popularity in many retail businesses in recent years, but this is the first kiosk that helps members with cannabis product selections.
Elemental recognizes that members want more options in their selection process. Seeing that the consumer is comfortable using self-service kiosks in other retail environments, Elemental wants to provide alternative shopping experiences to waiting in line or dealing face-to-face with store personnel. The Peak Beyond’s Interactive Smart Table does just that.

Peak Beyond was introduced to Elemental earlier in the year and provides an interactive solution that helps to reduce wait times and improve customer satisfaction.
