Robert E. Davis, Earned His Doctor of Business Administration Degree
Robert E. Davis of Philadelphia, PA, recently earned his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from Walden University.
Philadelphia, PA, July 31, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Dr. Davis, DBA, MBA, CISA, CICA will join graduates who attend Walden University’s 59th Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at the Tampa Convention Center, Florida. He now joins Walden’s international network of alumni -- more than 113,000 strong.
Dr. Davis is a contractor for hire management consultant/senior audit manager, a freelance writer, a Boson Software author as well as a university-level instructor. Professionally, he is a recognized as an accomplished, energetic auditor, author, and speaker with a sound mix of experience and skills in monitoring and evaluating controls. In particular, he has achieved recognition as the (First and Inaugural) Temple University CISA in Residence and a Temple University Master of Science in IT Auditing and Cyber-Security Advisory Councilmen. He has also accepted invitations to join Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society, the Golden Key International Honour Society, the Thomson Reuters' Expert Witness List, the IT Governance LTD expert panel, as well as the International Association of IT Governance Standards honorary membership group. Dr. Davis’ goal in pursuing a Walden University DBA degree is to obtain and apply scholar-practitioner knowledge to address information systems related risk, governance and compliance issues at the executive management level.
Walden graduates earn bachelors, masters and doctoral degrees through programs designed to meet the needs of working professionals, with most students working full time while completing their online degree program. The graduates in attendance were part of a graduating class of more than 6,300 students--representing 50 states and 115 countries--who have completed bachelors, masters, doctoral and education specialist degree programs at Walden in the past six months.
