Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Brian Chisholm moved to Central Florida for the love of sunshine, Disney and Celebration. For many years Brian and his wife, Linda had a vacation home in Celebration, Florida. In April 2005 they made the decision to move, change careers and start a new life.

Brian’s passion for real estate developed as a young entrepreneur. He began buying investment properties in and around the Baltimore area during the 1980′s. After obtaining a real estate license in Maryland Brian bought, sold and managed a large portfolio of his personal investment properties. “The art of negotiating and putting deals together has always fascinated me.” Early mentors encouraged him to realize that every transaction must result in a win-win situation.
