Stratus Interoperable, Inc., welcomes Berry Brunk, to serve as Chief strategy Officer. Brunk's experience in both acute and post-acute care will help guide the company’s business development and investment activities.
Nanuet, NY, August 08, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Stratus Interoperable, Inc., welcomes Berry Brunk, whose executive experience in both acute and post-acute care includes success in business development, client services and Healthcare IT consulting. Berry will serve as Chief Strategy Officer and will help guide the company’s business development and investment activities, particularly targeting its engagement at the confluence of acute and post-acute care.
In his extensive healthcare career, Berry has led strategic development, as well as, on-and-off line business development initiatives. His collaborations have included the visioning and development of the first EMR for the LTPAC industry, with a company that received $40MM in venture capital funding and ultimately was sold to Omnicare.
He was Founder and CEO of a VC-funded company that developed the first interactive patient care solution. He was also a consultant to health systems, planning and executing EMR Go-Lives with EPIC and other leading EMRs. Berry has also had relationships with institutions including Kaiser; Swedish; Dignity; Intermountain; Loma Linda University Medical Center; Jewish Homes for the Aged; Sun Healthcare Group and Extendicare, among others.
Recently he was a Healthcare Technology Practice Leader for Stantec and worked on billion dollar health system campus transformation projects for the global architectural engineering design firm. He is also a frequent speaker at HIMSS, AHIMA and other industry events.
