Local RE/MAX Brokerages Merge, Creates Win-Win for Agents and Clients
RE/MAX Metro and RE/MAX Associates Join Forces to Better Serve the Wasatch Front & Southern Utah
Salt Lake City, UT, August 11, 2017 --(PR.com)-- RE/MAX Metro and RE/MAX Associates, locally owned and operated in Utah, announced today a merger to create a larger, more resourceful full-service, real estate brokerage serving home buyers and sellers across the Wasatch Front and Southern Utah.
“In today’s competitive real estate market, brokerages need to provide the best technology, marketing, tools, training and leadership to their agents,” said Ron Snow, Principal Broker of RE/MAX Metro. “We already have the best agents in the business. Together, we will provide them with the best brokerage support in the industry.”
RE/MAX Associates Principal Broker Butch Dailey added, “RE/MAX Associates and RE/MAX Metro have a long history of collaboration. Over the years, Ron and I have both worked to provide our agents with the best real estate tools in Utah and merging our companies is the next natural step in that process.”
Agents of the newly merged brokerage will benefit from the extensive print and direct mail marketing program that RE/MAX Associates has mastered as well as the inclusive digital marketing and lead generating system that RE/MAX Metro has helped develop.
Snow opened RE/MAX Metro 11 years ago and Dailey, a 30-year veteran of the real estate profession, started RE/MAX Associates in 1995. The merger will bring the total number of professional real estate agents in the six residential and one commercial office to more than 150. Together, they will assist nearly 4,000 households buy or sell real estate each year.
Snow and Dailey have built stellar reputations in their communities over the years with their companies and will continue to operate under RE/MAX Metro and RE/MAX Associates, respectively.
The real estate brokerage has office locations across the state of Utah, including South Ogden, Layton, Bountiful, North Salt Lake, Union Park, Draper and St. George.
