Orlando, FL, August 15, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Seminole Masonry, LLC, a Lake Mary-based precast product manufacturer and hardscape contractor, was acquired outright by Quantum Construction, LLC, a platform company wholly owned by a Michigan-based family office.
Seminole Masonry was founded in 1998 by Mr. Jamie Hodges. Over that span, Mr. Hodges grew Seminole Masonry to over 200 employees with revenues exceeding $20 million per year. The new owner will continue to operate the 27-acre manufacturing facility located in Lake Mary and has plans to expand.
The sale of this successful Central Florida business was brokered by NewGate Capital Partners out of Winter Park, Florida.
