PRO determines the Rookie of the Year by the newest member to the real estate industry with the highest total sales volume. Makris has closed an impressive sales volume of over $8 million in her first year.
The well-connected St. Petersburg native got her start in software sales and has always maintained a passion for real estate. Makris attributes her great success to being a part of the community and sells the majority of her listings before they hit the market.
