Vertical Fields Capital LLC Acquires 265 Hayward Ave., Rochester, New York

Washington, DC, August 21, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Vertical Fields Capital LLC and Macritchie Storage LLC announced today that they, through an affiliate, acquired 265 Hayward Avenue in Rochester, New York, to convert the warehouse property into a self storage facility. The approximate 63,800 gross square foot property will be managed by Storage Asset Management and branded as Rochester Self Storage (www.rochesternyselfstorage.com).
