Mrs. McNair has 29 years experience in the healthcare field. She is the Medical Manager at Orlando Health & Vascular Center, which is a six doctor cardiology practice in Orlando, Florida. She oversees staff, scheduling, bookkeeping and validation. Mrs. McNair is responsible for restructuring OSHA and serves as the HIPAA Compliance Officer.

Mrs. McNair began her career in health care in Florida as an ophthalmic assistant trainee. She worked her way up to becoming certified and then took a management position. She went on to work in medical billing and coding. Mrs. McNair then took an administrative position with a medical practice in Arkansas where she remained for over 20 years. She also did consulting work occasionally for other medical offices. After moving back to Florida in 2015, Mrs. McNair received an Associates degree in Healthcare Management in 2016. In her spare time she enjoys riding horses and is a student airplane pilot.
