Danville Pittsylvania County Chamber of Commerce Selects Jorgenson Consulting for President and CEO Search
Jorgenson Consulting retained for Danville Pittsylvania County Chamber President and CEO Search.
Blairs, VA, August 24, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The Danville Pittsylvania County Chamber of Commerce has formed a Search Committee to identify, interview and recommend candidates for President and CEO. The Chamber has selected Jorgenson Consulting, Inc., to conduct a national executive search. Todd Jorgenson, managing director and principal, of the Greensboro-based Jorgenson Consulting, will head the search. Todd will visit with Chamber leadership, staff and regional partners the week of August 28th to kick off the search.
Once Jorgenson Consulting has completed the meetings and developed the final draft of job profile, the profile will be made public. The firm will go through the applications and present the best candidates to the search committee, and the search committee will conduct interviews after that.
Search Committee Chairperson, Christine Baggerly said, “It is with a heavy heart that we begin this process. However, we are inspired to honor Laurie Moran’s memory by finding the best possible candidate to continue her many good works.”
“We’re fortunate to have Betty Jo Foster at the helm in the interim,” she added.
