New Pro-Trump Administration Comic Strip Intends to Inform with Truth in Humor
“The Media is waging an all-out anti-Administration campaign to discredit Presidential initiatives, misrepresent political issues and inflame the public mind by focusing on radical acts opposed to constitutional rights, the rule of law and what America stands for,” DiGirolamo asserts, co-author of TROMP. TROMP is an American born Bull Elephant with a tuft of wavy, reddish-blonde hair and bushy eyebrows; aims to set the record straight with Truth in Humor in a new politically charged comic strip.
Salt Lake City, UT, August 28, 2017 --(PR.com)-- TROMP, new to the political scene, is featured on www.stantz.news and was created by Anthony Stanish and artist-illustrator Vinny DiGirolamo. Their animated character, TROMP, takes a pragmatic approach toward resolving roadblocks to progress and at times, suggests solutions to controversial issues that dominate the news from day to day.
TROMP was created to help focus attention on issues often misrepresented by the press. This colorful comic strip was launched in response to an art exhibit showcased in August 2017. Vinny had been invited to participate in the themed exhibit intended to raise funds to help refugees, but when he learned that the theme of portraying the polarized political climate in America was constrained to only portray an Anti-Trump Administration message, he declined the invitation, DiGirolamo reports.
In turn, DiGirolamo contacted Stanish, his life-long, politically active friend and together they launched www.Stantz.News featuring TROMP, a creature with the characteristics and goals of President Trump and his Administration’s agenda to “Make America Great Again.”
It’s their belief that “A majority of American’s want the same things, Liberty, Freedom and the Pursuit of Happiness,” stated DiGirolamo. He continued, “We believe that TROMP, while leaning conservatively right, will appeal to the greater majority of Americans; not only people that voted for Donald Trump, but those who support the Constitution and continue to believe in the rule of law.”
TROMP's authors are ardent supporters of the Unites States Constitution and its Amendments as written. Stanish explained, “Ideological focus of late has created controversy; especially on the First and Second Amendments, right to Freedom of Speech and the Right to Bear Arms.” The authors have posted their pragmatic viewpoints of these issues on www.Stantz.News and will continue the series with vigor.
“Looking for the humor in controversy is no easy task, but the dialog and art work are designed to inspire readers to consider pragmatic solutions to ideological quagmires. The conflict between the Media and the Administration
