North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association Names Dr. Brenda Stevens as President-Elect
NCVMA Selects Raleigh Veterinarian to Serve on 2017-2018 Executive Board.
Raleigh, NC, August 30, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association (NCVMA) has announced the organization’s executive officers for 2017-2018. Dr. Brenda Stevens, DVM, of the North Carolina State College of Veterinary Medicine and Veterinary Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina, will serve as president-elect of the NCVMA board of directors. In this role, Stevens will work to advance the NCVMA’s mission of promoting integrity and excellence in veterinary medicine, as well as responsible pet ownership. In addition to her role on the board, she is an associate clinical professor in North Carolina State University’s Department of Clinical Sciences. Stevens is a graduate of the Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
