Argus Broker Affiliates Close on Sale of Two Texas Storage Facilities

Fort Worth, TX, September 02, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Colliers International Self Storage Advisory Services Group, today announced it had sold A-Storage Inn located at 7812 Camp Bowie West, in Fort Worth. The 51,040 SF 362 storage unit facility occupies 2.87 acres and was purchased by Bargain Storage.

The Colliers Self Storage Advisory Services Team also facilitated the sale of FM 439 Self Storage in Killeen, Texas. The 21,050 square foot facility on 3.5 acres of land was built in 1998 with 121 conventional storage units and 10 boat and RV spaces.
