Craft Coffee Shop Opens in Marine Park

Brooklyn, NY, September 05, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Marine Park Coffee opens this week, in the center of the Marine Park neighborhood in Brooklyn at E36th Street and Quentin Road. Offering high-quality, locally roasted coffee, Marine Park Coffee aims to make crafted coffee and espresso drinks more accessible to the South Brooklyn community.

Marine Park resident, Jhonn Thomassen noticed the neighborhood’s java void and in December when he left his corporate Manhattan job, decided to do something about it.

“Marine Park as a neighborhood offers so much, and as a neighbor, I want to contribute to its culture and provide the community with not only something I love but fill a void - a community-centered café with great, quality coffee,” says Thomassen.

In addition to specialty coffee and espresso drinks, Marine Park coffee will offer an assortment of teas, fresh juices, and snacks. The shop will be open six days a week, with hours from 6 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday, and 8 am to 4 pm on Sundays.
