Asia’s Top Employers Revealed in Annual Report
19 businesses have been recognised as the top employers in Asia.
Singapore, Singapore, September 14, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Human Resources Director Asia magazine has just released its third annual Employer of Choice report, featuring the HR practices put in place by the finest employers in Asia.
The latest report recognises three overall winners in the 500+ employees category, three winners in the <500 employees category and 13 Top Performing companies. These 19 businesses, representing a range of industries from banking to health, hospitality, telecommunications, and more, are ahead of the game with their revolutionary approach to talent strategies.
The Employer of Choice status was determined by asking HR leaders to provide qualitative and quantitative evidence of performance across 9 key areas such as remuneration, career progression, and communication. Key statistics on employee turnover rate and engagement level were also taken into account when awarding this year’s top employers.
“The relationship between employee and employer is undergoing more change today than it has since the Industrial Revolution,” said Iain Hopkins, HRD editor. “With that, business models are shifting and sadly, not many organisations are able to keep up. The companies on this list, however, are consistently aiming for the moon—understanding the importance of attracting and retaining staff in today’s competitive landscape.”
