Born in Jamaica in the West Indies, Ms. Mouloudj obtained a B.S.N. from New York University and a M.S.N. from SUNY Stony Brook. She is also a certified Nurse Practitioner. Her most recent positions include serving as a Nurse Practitioner with Horizon Health Care of Hicksville from 2016 through 2017 and serving with Ismail Ozcan, MD, from 2012 through 2016. She was a Nurse Home Health Supervisor and Nurse Practitioner with Individual Home Care Provider of Centereach from 2011 through 2013. From 2009 through 2-11, Ms. Mouloudj served as an Adult Nurse Practitioner with South Oaks Hospital of Amityville. She was a Nurse Practitioner with Nassau County University Medical Center of East Meadow from 2000 through 2011. From 2003 through 2008, she served with Cabrini Medical Center as a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner and then as a Nurse Practitioner Supervisor. Ms. Mouloudj began her career as an Associate Professor with Nassau Community College from 1996 through 1999.
Ms. Mouloudj is affiliated with Sigma Theta Tau and the A.N.A. In her spare time she enjoys skydiving, bike riding and horseback riding.
